FAQ
Before arrival, you will receive your access code via email. At Aparthotel Wiggertal, you can encode your room card yourself at our check-in kiosk — no reception, no waiting. From arrival to the room, it takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — by design.
Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on holidays, at Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; earlier if available. Requirement: Your apartment is booked and the access code has been sent.
Check-out by 11:00 AM. Deposit the room card at the kiosk and leave — no line, no form. Late Check-out is possible upon request if your apartment is not immediately reoccupied.
Call our guest service - available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the code to you via email and remotely open the system. In the apartment itself, you will also find an emergency info card with the direct number.
Honest answer: no — not intentionally. We are an apartment hotel concept, not a classic full board. If you expect concierge, room service, restaurant or breakfast in-house, you're in the wrong place with us. What you get instead: 24h self-check-in via kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, 26 apartments with their own kitchen and refrigerator (self-catering possible), free parking garage directly on site, Dagmersellen train station within 5 minutes walk — and a fair price because personnel costs are not included in the room rate. Ideal also for longer stays (temporary living).
